Ballroom-dancing champion, computer programmer, mother, certified accountant, singer, interior designer—AND successful realtor—Bonnie Wan truly does it all.
Bonnie's life has been an intriguing one, beginning in Hong Kong where she grew to become a private investor in real estate—and where she developed her passion for real estate. Despite this lifelong love affair with real estate (and singing and dancing), Bonnie has succeeded in many areas since coming to Canada 35 years ago. She became a certified and practicing accountant and later owned and ran a trading company. But the learning didn't stop there, as she continued her education further, graduating as a trained computer programmer.
After pursuing a number of successful careers Bonnie decided to return to the passion she had fostered back in Hong Kong, real estate—but this time as a realtor powerhouse thanks to the management, accounting and commercial backgrounds she had since acquired. She has now been a successful realtor for over 25 years.
Apart from being a realtor Bonnie is also a dedicated mother, wife and citizen. Her community work has been extensive over the years, and includes an After School Heritage Program, singing in the Christian Church Choir and leading the Toronto Season Choir. She also participates in and organizes fundraising campaigns for several organizations local to the Richmond Hill and Bayview Hill area—which her and her family have called home for decades.
Never one for idle time, in her spare moments she avidly continues her education, with advanced real estate courses, learning new technologies and taking courses in interior design (to better assist her clients).
If all this weren't enough Bonnie is also a championship-winning dancer, having won championships 6 years ago, in ballroom and latin dancing.
